Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. We provide invoicing for personal training services, please contact us for payment inquiries.
Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
For our physical products, we partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, China, Spain, Russia, France, etc.
Our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 6-20 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
If your order hasn't shipped yet, simply contact us with your order number, full name and new address at info@koreperformance.ca. Orders tend to ship the same day and once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
Even if your order has not shipped yet, it may still be too late to make any updates to your order.
Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address, or cancel the order. You'll need to wait until your shipment arrives and is returned to sender.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@koreperformance.ca with the subject line "Cancel" as well as your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F 9am-5pm EST. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
Please double-check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit your order. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us at info@koreperformance.ca with the details for the correct item(s) as soon as possible. Please include "Update" and your order number in the subject line of your email. Our team may be able to help update your order.
Orders of physical products tend to ship the same day, so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to update your order before it ships. Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
Once shipped, unfortunately it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and for physical products they will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders.
For our fitness programs, it will take 2-3 business days for us to go through your assessment and develop your program.
For physical products, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location).
