All of our online training programs, once processed and delivered, are non-refundable. In special cases, we will allow up to 7 business days after order has been placed to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@koreperformance.ca with the subject line "Refund" as well as your order number, full name, and the name of the program you would like refunded.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, instead of returning or exchanging it, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.
Item(s) can be refunded within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a full refund, please contact us at info@koreperformance.ca with the subject line "Refund" as well as your order number, full name, and a picture of the item you would like refunded.
We will notify you within 3-5 business days of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. After that, you can either keep the item, or even choose to donate it.
*Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
