IN PERSON TRAINING

Private 1 on 1 personal training is perfect for those who are looking for a private space to work towards their goals. Kore Performance is a private by appointment facility, meaning during your session, it's your time slot that gives you inclusivity and privacy to work on your journey with your coach. Currently seeing clients within the GTA coming in from Vaughan, Etobicoke, Kleinburg, Bolton & more


We also offer small group fitness training. Where you and a friend/partner can work in an environment that still remains exclusive and private with the added benefits of a workout partners encouraging energy, 

HOW IT WORKS

In person personal training out of Vaughan Ontario. Once your initial consultation is complete, you and your new coach will book a time for your FREE full body assessment. This helps us develop a program specifically for you and your goals, while addressing any impingements, imbalances or key areas for us to focus on. Not only do we care about getting you to your goals, we also look at longevity and making you feel and move well throughout your lifestyle and fitness training journey.

ONLINE TRAINING

THE KORE SYSTEM

Over the past decade we’ve noticed that working in 8 week phases has provided our clients with the most success. Each online training program developed within our system not only gets you closer to your fitness training goals, but also makes sure they are sustained. 


Building proper mobility, mechanics, stability and strength are the qualities you can expect to receive by your coach throughout the program. The Kore System is built off of accountability, support, and motivation to reach your utmost success within our 8 weeks together. Feel the personal training experience from the convenience of your mobile phone using our app. 

HOW IT WORKS

Each program begins with a consultation where we will discuss your background, lifestyle & training experience and dive deep into your personal fitness goals. This is typically conducted over a scheduled phone call, email thread, or video call.


From there your coach will develop your online training program outlining what your journey will look like over the next 8 weeks, which you'll be able to access anywhere. Once you get started we will conduct weekly check-ins (or bi-weekly depending on the package) to help you stay on track and motivated.

Lifestyle Transformation

Our Lifestyle Transformation program is the most personalized program anyone can sign up for. All programs are made custom and directly for the client, however the Lifestyle Transformation program not only gives you what you ask for, but provides you with what your body needs to be successful. 


Our highly qualified trainers will incorporate movements that perfect mechanics, build a foundation, and focus on imbalances & weak points. We believe that the Lifestyle Transformation is a program everyone should start with to ensure technique & mechanics are properly developed. 


This program is also made for those who have a very specific goal that our other programs might not hit right on the head. For example, many people have inquired about 8-week programs to build a strong core, or 8-week programs customized for glute development, etc. This service will cater to your direct goals with the added benefits of our experience and mechanical touch.

Our weight loss program is designed to not bring the additional stress to the table. We understand the challenges of taking a few extra lbs off the scale, and more times than none, the industry tends to overcomplicate it, take it aggressively, or follow fads.
