Kore performance was built to re-write the experience of personal training. Kore Performance’s founder Christopher Caputi (head personal trainer) has been in the industry for far too long seeing clients not reaching their goals, having negative training experiences, lack of care & commitment, and lack of knowledge.
Chris dedicated years of operating a private facility into changing that misconception. Re-designing the world of personal training. Chris wants to achieve all the clients' respective goals through tailored fitness plans to fit your lifestyle, health and wellness abilities. We want this journey to not only be a successful one, but to be one that’s enjoyable and create an experience like no other.

With over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have dedicated my career to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. Throughout my journey, I’ve built my reputation off of transparency and vulnerability.
I’ve had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients, from professional and semi-professional athletes to first responders, new moms & dads to the individuals looking for my guidance.
My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that everyone can thrive in their fitness journey.
As a husband & proud father of twins, I understand the importance of balancing family & health (both physically & mentally).
I strive to incorporate this balance into my training philosophy, making fitness an enjoyable and sustainable part of life and experience while working together.
My training modalities blend mobility, strength training, and hypertrophy, providing a comprehensive approach to fitness that promotes overall well-being. Additionally, MINDSET & PERSPECTIVE is huge, my job is to also teach you on how to sustain this lifestyle independently, and furthering both your mind and body.

I always loved when someone asks what my niche is! I still don't have an answer for you, that can be because I like to make physical fitness accessible for all, whether you're one of my pro/semi pro athletes, a new mom trying to get back into routine, an individual looking to get into first response, or an office worker looking to improve their posture.
If I had a niche, it would be in transparency! If you like something or not, I'm looking out for your best interest. One example is, most people do not like to stretch, and a heavy component of my training style is in mobility and dynamic movements, to me, this is where my clients really achieve their goals and success within my practices.
One thing thats for certain is the heavy emphasis I put on my clients and myself, and that's giving an honest effort. If I have the privilege to work with you, you can expect me to be your accountability, motivator, cheerleader and support system.
